The marjority of my clients are directly from Banbury or the surrounding areas. I am able to train in the comfort of your own home or at Bannatynes Health Club, Banbury (membership/service charge required). If either are restrictive, I am sure we will find a solution!
Yes. I studied my Diploma in Personal Training in Oxford with Premier Training and am fully insured with REPS (Register of Exercsie Professionals). During my career i have added more qualifications including GP Exercise Referral, Nutrition and Weight Management, Stability Ball and Core Training to name a few..
Of course you can train alone. But I believe that my main purpose is to motivate, educate and support you in developing a customised training program that corresponds to your requirements, problems and goals.
That is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are. Usually, I train with my clients twice a week, with training programmes planned for them to complete in between sessions.
